Job description

A company is looking for a Director of Regional Field Sales - Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute sales strategies while analyzing performance and recommending follow-up actions

Lead and mentor a team of sales managers to achieve sales targets and foster a high-performance culture

Oversee sales strategy implementation across retail locations, providing insights and recommendations based on customer and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant discipline

5-7 years of experience in Retail Sales or Customer Relations

Sales Leadership experience

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
