Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 3 for Harvey Mudd College, located in Claremont, CA.

As Food Production Manager 3, you will play a key role in overseeing production operations in a campus dining program.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day food production in the main dining hall, supporting retail and catering operations.
• Direct recipe / menu accuracy, food preparation, and offer execution across dining venues.
• Implement and oversee Sodexo DRIVE and back-of-house systems including HACCP protocols.
• Support ordering, receiving, and inventory processes across resident dining and catering.
• Monitor and control food, labor, and production costs in alignment with financial goals.
• Ensure proper post-production reporting and compliance with culinary standards.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop creative, high-quality menus.
• Train, coach, and lead frontline staff to maintain consistency and quality in all operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
