    • What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive oral exams and diagnose dental conditions Develop and present individualized treatment plans Provide restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures Administer local anesthesia and sedation to ensure patient comfort Educate patients on oral health and treatment options Maintain thorough, accurate patient documentation Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team You’ll step into an established patient base with the systems and support needed to succeed.
    • Who This Role Is Ideal For DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Utah dental license (or eligibility) Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Growth mindset and desire to continue developing clinically Team-oriented and collaborative Whether you’re an experienced provider or a new grad looking for strong mentorship and real-world development, we provide the structure and support to help you thrive.

    Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity We believe in rewarding performance and creating real career upside:

    • Adjusted production or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher) W-2 or 1099 Position Malpractice and license fees covered CE reimbursement Health insurance stipend Lab fees covered Flexible full-time or part-time schedule Clear equity buy-in opportunity after one year You’ll have clinical autonomy with business and operational support behind you.
