What you will do

Utilize cutting-edge research to enhance powerful AI sales assistant.

Propose and test innovative experiment ideas.

Lead efforts in dataset collection and generation.

Optimize models and inference processes.

Collaborate with ML and Data engineers on distributed training scripts.

What you will need to succeed

At least 3 years of experience with production AI systems.

At least one first-author publication / strong track record of open-source contributions

Deep understanding of LLMs and transformer blocks.

Strong grasp of ML fundamentals.

Experience with distributed training.

Some exposure to production inference.

Emphasis on product-focused research that directly adds value to customers

Proficiency with PyTorch.

Experience building agentic systems with task-specific models.

Experience iterating AI products based on customer feedback.
