Job Description :

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative monitoring of workplace conditions, including air and biological sampling, to assess worker exposure to various agents.
• Identify potential health hazards such as chemical toxicity, airborne contaminants, biological agents, and ergonomic stressors through inspections and evaluations of laboratory and pilot plant environments.
• Provide training and education to employees and management on workplace hazards, safe work practices, and proper use of safety equipment and controls.
• Develop and implement control measures to mitigate hazards, including engineering controls (ventilation, containment), administrative controls, and appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, assessments, and recommendations for management and regulatory agencies.
