Job Description :
Pay Range : $20hr - $25hr
- Help answer employee questions about their timecards and pay, including issues that may take additional research to resolve.
- Ensure timekeeping information is accurate and ready for payroll submission.
- Use and support time and attendance systems, including basic reporting and testing when required.
- ssist with pay adjustments such as corrections, bonuses, awards, or reimbursements.
- Ensure required pay updates, such as wage increases or cost-of-living adjustments, are entered correctly.
- Enter payroll information for regular and special pay runs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Requirement / Must Have :
Provide support for timekeeping tools and guide employees and leaders on correct usage.Review special or one-time payment requests to ensure compliance with company policy.Provide in-person assistance during designated office hours when required.Encourage the use of self-service tools for time and pay inquiries.Share feedback with People Operations and HR regarding unclear or ineffective tools, policies, or processes.Responsibilities :
Support projects that improve time entry or pay tools, including updates and testing.ssist in standardizing processes and increasing self-service utilization.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows using basic continuous improvement principles.Skills :
Strong communication and customer service skills.bility to handle sensitive information appropriately.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Comfortable reviewing and interpreting data.Experience using payroll or HR systems (Workday preferred).Basic understanding of payroll processes, pay rules, and timekeeping systems.Qualification And Education :
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, accounting, or a related field, OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.t least 2 years of experience in payroll, timekeeping, HR operations, or similar work.Experience supporting payroll or timekeeping in a busy or large environment is a plus.Familiarity with process-improvement methods, such as Lean, is helpful.
