Job Summary :

Servpro is seeking an experienced Sales Construction Estimator to take on a management role within our construction division. We are a restoration company specializing in mitigation and repairs from water, fire, mold, and bio-hazard damage. The role involves maintaining industry relationships, excellent communication, and sales skills. Compensation includes base salary plus commission based on project profitability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage customer service and experience
• Compile and resolve punch list items
• Perform final walk-through with customers
• Secure signed Certificates of Completion and Satisfaction
• Manage warranty activities
• Evaluate and sell projects
• Educate customers on construction processes
• Identify project scope and create estimates
• Review budgets and ensure permits are acquired
• Create project schedules and manage crews and subcontractors
• Ensure work complies with plans, codes, and scope

Qualifications :

• Proficient with Xactimate and Symbility (training provided if needed)
• Experience working with TPA's and adjusters
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to create accurate estimates and budgets
• Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Physical Demands and Skills :

• Walking, standing, driving, sitting
• Occasional ladder climbing and exposure to extreme conditions
