About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Scheduler / Project Manager to join our property management team. This role will oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance projects, ensuring timely completion, cost efficiency, and quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities while communicating effectively with residents, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules across multiple properties.
• Assign work orders and coordinate with internal maintenance teams and external contractors.
• Track progress of projects and service requests, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Communicate with residents, property managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, property regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, schedules, and vendor contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance resident satisfaction.
