Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Expert to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical depth in AEP implementation, configuration, and development while staying aligned with the latest advancements across Adobe Experience Cloud.

This role requires onsite presence in Phoenix, AZ and is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data, personalization, and integration challenges with coding proficiency and architectural insight.

Must-Have Skills

Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including :

AEP Data Model & XDM Schema Design

Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and Segmentation

Identity Management and Data Ingestion Pipelines

Query Service and Adobe AI / ML Services Integration

Adobe AJO setup and journey configuration

Hands-on coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for API-based workflows.

Experience with Adobe Launch, CDP integrations, and SDKs (Web / Mobile).

Knowledge of data flows between AEP, Analytics, Adobe Target, and external systems.

Up-to-date understanding of new AEP features and roadmap updates.

Excellent communication skills and ability to drive technical discussions.
