Group Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Provide support to sales team and the Director of Sales & Marketing
- Maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business
- Adhering to the highest level of standards and policies for the hotel
- Other administrative duties as needed
Group Sales Manager Requirements :
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in hotel sales. The ideal candidate has experience with boutique and / or luxury hotels. Group sales and catering experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to meet and exceed expectations, drive business forwardHigh level of polish & professionalism with a positive personalityPassion for hotel sales and desire to grow with an independent boutique hotel brandProficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and ExcelGroup Sales Manager Benefits :
