Senior Estimator - Construction

Overview

We've partnered with a growing general contractor that delivers high-profile commercial, multi-family, and luxury projects. They are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their preconstruction team and lead estimating efforts from concept through bid.

Responsibilities

• Lead project estimating from conceptual budgets to hard bids.
• Manage subcontractor bids, RFQs, and proposals.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost modeling, and value engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with design teams, project managers, and owners.
• Mentor junior estimators and help refine best practices.
• Present and communicate proposals confidently with clients.
