Oversee total on-site construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the design, budget, and schedule. Supervise and coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work for overall contract compliance and quality.

Job Description :

• Manage day-to-day field activities to ensure that project milestone dates and overall schedule completion date are met.
• Work with client, architect, consultants, and foremen on all aspects of the project.
• Ensure a clear understanding of all aspects of assigned projects and communicates effectively to project team regarding : drawings, specifications, schedules, material and supply budgets, subcontractor coordination, and client-driven rules and regulations.
• Create short-interval look-ahead project schedules that make sure upcoming events are communicated, tracked and proactively attended to.
• Prepares and maintains detailed project schedules.
• Conduct and / or attend pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings.
• Maintain daily paperwork such as timesheets, field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence.
• Manage all changes in scope of work.
• Manage self-performed activities and material demands to ensure work is being performed within the established project budget.
• Manage the punch list and project closeout process.
• Create and maintain a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.
• Mentors and trains others for overall team development.
