Our team is growing and we’re seeking a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support our field operations.

Position : Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Superintendent, you’ll work alongside senior superintendents to oversee 2–3 luxury residential projects at a time. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to grow into a leadership position while ensuring jobsite excellence, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Superintendent in managing day to day field operations.
• Assist with scheduling, inspections, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety.
• Maintain Buildertrend logs, photos, and schedule updates accurately and on time.
• Create and update weekly agendas for site meetings with clients
• Meet with homeowners for regular site meetings
• Ensure professional appearance and cleanliness of jobsites at all times.
• Conduct walk-throughs, track progress, and help resolve issues proactively.
• Assist with punch list completion, homeowner communication, and warranty requests.
• Uphold company standards for quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
