Known for their collaborative culture, financial strength, and commitment to long-term client relationships, this firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up and renovation projects within the education sector (K-12, higher education, and institutional builds).

Job Description

Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of education projects. Manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships. Mentor and develop project teams while ensuring project goals are met. Drive collaboration between field and office staff for seamless project delivery. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Project Manager should have :

• Construction management experience, including work on education facilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with design-build and CM-at-Risk delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to oversee multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
