The Tax Preparer will work closely with RKL's Tax Managers to assist with the tax preparations of RKL's client base.

Responsibilities
- Scan, file and organize necessary tax documentation into the firm system
- Conduct tax interviews with clients to determine the best and most compliant course of action
- Provide IRS audit support as needed
- Mentor and support Interns and Associates
- Provide guidance to Tax Interns in the scanning and preparation of tax returns
- Maintains accurate time and expense records to ensure proper billing of clients
