After Training

Tuesday- Friday 9 : 00am-6 : 00pm

Saturday 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Collections Agent to join our team.

As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting clients to collect payments for overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage sensitive financial situations, and a dedication to meeting collections targets.

Responsibilities :

• Contact customers by phone, email, or other communication methods to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Update account information and document interactions in the system.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while dealing with customers.
• Meet or exceed collections targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all relevant regulations and company policies.
