Job descriptionExtensive experience in federal or DOE contracting environments, preferably in M&O operations. Deep understanding of FAR, DEAR, and government contract management practices. Experience with task order management, compliance oversight, and flow-down requirements. Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. Powered by JazzHR
MetroSys is seeking a Contract Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assess and align current contract execution practices with Management and Operating (M&O) requirements.
This expert will support compliance reviews, perform flow-down analysis, and provide strategic recommendations to ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze current contract practices against M&O contractual requirements.
- Identify discrepancies or gaps in compliance and execution.
- Conduct flow-down analysis of task order requirements and ensure alignment across subcontractors and internal teams.
- Recommend corrective actions or improvements for contract administration and execution.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and project management teams to ensure consistent interpretation and application of contract terms.
- Support audits and prepare documentation for internal and external review.
