Overview
Executive News Producer - WXIX at Gray Media leads the morning news team to produce engaging, impactful newscasts. Works with news and station management to achieve content and ratings goals. Exercises strong news judgment, reviews newscast rundowns, and approves scripts with an eye toward accuracy and promotable content. Collaborates with producers on rundowns, story selection, formats, graphics, and pace; partners with multimedia reporters / photographers to shape story direction. May fill in as line producer during vacation or illness.

WXIX-TV / FOX19 NOW is the FOX affiliate serving Cincinnati and the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana tri-state area, the nation’s 37th DMA. WXIX NOW produces more than 73 hours of news per week, with Morning News coverage from 4 : 30 a.m. until Noon on weekdays. The station airs early evening news from 3 : 00 p.m. to 7 : 00 p.m.; late-local news from 10 : 00 p.m. to 11 : 30 p.m. WXIX NOW is the flagship station of the Cincinnati Bengals and serves the community on multiple platforms.
