Job description

GTM Systems & Automation Manager

Diligent is seeking a Manager, GTM Systems & Automation to operationalize and scale our commercial tech stack. This role sits at the center of Diligent's AI-first GTM strategy and will be responsible for governing our sales technology ecosystem, driving workflow automation, and ensuring our systems work seamlessly together to enable the field.

Systems Ownership & Optimization : Serve as an admin for key GTM tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Clay) directly managing integration integrity and governance. Partner with the Business Applications team to scope and prioritize Salesforce enhancements that enable data consistency, automation, and field productivity.

Workflow Automation & Integration : Design and implement cross-system automations that streamline lead routing, data enrichment, and customer lifecycle workflows. Partner with the Business Applications team to operationalize data flows between Salesforce and connected tools using Workato.

AI-Native Innovation : Identify opportunities to embed AI across GTM processes and automate repetitive manual work. Partner with Commercial Operations and Business Applications teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI use cases across the GTM stack.

Data Integrity & Governance : Define and enforce governance standards for GTM systems data (ownership, enrichment, and sync rules). Partner with stakeholders to identify key fields, objects, and workflows requiring clean, standardized data to support reporting and forecasting.

Team Enablement & Field Partnership : Act as the bridge between GTM technology and the field, gathering feedback to inform priorities. Partner with our Enablement team on documentation, training, and communications that promote adoption and confidence in GTM tools.

Qualifications

6+ years in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or Business Systems roles, including 2+ years in a leadership or project-ownership capacity.

Strong Salesforce familiarity and hands-on experience with connected GTM tools (Clay, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

Proven success optimizing commercial systems and automations that improved rep productivity and data quality.

Hands-on configuration and governance experience, with a bias toward documentation and simplification.

Excellent communication skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.

A product mindset, capable of gathering requirements, managing priorities, and delivering measurable impact.

Bonus : experience with AI-enabled workflows, automation platforms (Workato, Zapier, N8N), and API-based integrations.
