Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end recruitment for corporate teams
Develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process
Champion candidate experience and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in Revenue, Marketing, or GTM roles
Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive hiring initiatives
Proficient in using recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting hiring targets and deadlines
