Key Responsibilities :

• Design and spearhead initiatives to expand pharmacy operations in telemedicine and B2B markets, aligning efforts with overarching business goals to enhance revenue growth, cost reduction, and overall performance.
• Provide comprehensive training, support, and clear documentation to pharmacy staff on emerging technologies, workflow enhancements, and industry best practices to ensure strong adoption and execution.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of technical solutions, from gathering requirements and system design through deployment, testing, and continuous improvement, all while adhering to business objectives and regulatory standards.

Qualifications :

• Active and clear Pharmacist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 8 years of pharmacy experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• Extensive background in pharmacy operations, including mail order, telehealth, or B2B models.
