A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable and Deduction Management Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer deductions, ensuring accuracy in the Modus and SAP systems
Proactively collect unpaid invoices and unauthorized deductions to improve cash flow
Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred
1-3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Credit / Deduction Management
Proficiency in SAP and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with Modus trade management tool is a plus
Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure
