Inquiry Aide III
Under general supervision, responds to inquiries from employees and the general public regarding City services and departmental programs, and performs related duties as required.

Location : OPSA Medical Services Section, 1338 S. Clinton & 3510 S. Michigan Avenue
Days : Monday - Friday
Hours : 7 : 00AM 3 : 00PM

Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of work experience in customer service. Should the above criteria not be fulfilled, the following options are acceptable :
Note : Candidates must pass a background investigation, drug screen, and other pre-employment procedures as determined by the Office of Public Safety Administration.
Selection requirements : This position requires applicants to complete an interview. The interviewed candidate(s) possessing the qualifications best suited to fulfill the responsibilities of the position will be selected.
