High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

What you'll be doing :
Assisting students individually or in small groups with assignments and routines
Supporting teachers with classroom management and supervision
Reinforcing instructions and learning goals set by the teacher
Providing care and mobility support to students with disabilities
Monitoring and redirecting student behavior in alignment with school expectations
Offering assistance during meal, recess, or transition times
