Job descriptionTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass a drug screening High school diploma or equivalent Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems OSHA 10 certification or higher OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.) Competitive, experience-based pay Year-round work and job stability Paid time off and holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance (for you and your family) 401(k) with 4% company match Short-term and long-term disability coverage Company vehicle with fuel card Paid training and certification opportunities Overtime pay Relocation assistance or local commute to Davenport, IA
