The Role

As a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner in Boise, you will :

Conduct in-home and on-site visits in senior living facilities across the Boise area

Perform comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and manage chronic conditions

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes

Build trust with patients and families through clear communication and compassion

Requirements

Current Idaho PA or NP license

Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and proof of auto insurance

Passion for working with the senior population

Ability to work independently while being part of a team
