- Manage multifamily projects in the Indianapolis area
- Work collaboratively as a team
- Communicate with Subcontractors and Superintendents
- Take on leadership responsibilities
- Assume all Project Management responsibilities
- Assure projects are on budget and on time
- Manage client relationships

The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Construction Management preferred
- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Experience with Multifamily projects
- Good communication skills
- Ability to run more than one project at once, as needed
- Ability to manage Project Engineers / Coordinators
- Manage relationships with subcontractors and Superintendents
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
- Looking for growth opportunities and wants to take on more responsibilities
