Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory Specialist to support our client's team.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain accurate, compliant inventory records for product, including tracking product movement, performing regular counts / audits, and resolving discrepancies.

Use system to record inventory activity, prepare required reports, and support compliance audits.

Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments; manage internal and external product transfers; and coordinate inventory logistics with internal teams and vendors.

Ensure all products are properly labeled, stored, organized, and handled according to regulatory and company standards.

Support operations by maintaining clean, compliant storage areas and assisting with packaging, labeling, and product preparation as needed.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, or warehouse operations

Familiarity with hardware or equipment inventory is a plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience with inventory management software is preferred
