The Engineering team is an integral part of AES. Typical Engineering roles range from design, planning, project engineering to commissioning and much more.
Engineers support gas and coal power plant operations in Indiana, Ohio and California. AES also has engineering roles within renewable energy (solar, wind, hydro and battery storage).
Many roles are hybrid or work-from-home with some travel expected. Qualified applicants must resided within the United States and have an undergraduate degree (a BS degree is preferred).

We’re looking for a hands-on Director of Resident Care for an Assisted Living & Memory Care community in the Virginia Beach, Virginia area.? The incoming AL RCD is responsible for assuring that each resident receives the highest quality of care to achieve the maximum level of function in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care. When you join the LeaderStat team as an interim director, you’ll be connected with a dedicated specialist before and during your assignment. They will work with you to coordinate onboarding, book and pay for travel arrangements, and assist with any questions along the way. Job Duties Assumes primary responsibility for oversight of resident care services and administrative operations Conduct initial and periodic resident assessments Assess and evaluate resident issues/concerns by coordinating with other staff to ensure quality care Serve as a liaison between resident, family, physician, and other providers Manage all clinical aspects of state/federal survey process Qualifications Two years of experience as a Resident Care Director or Director of Nursing (DON) in a long-term care setting Valid and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia Ability to implement new policies, procedures, and programs related to the acuity of residents Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Benefits Weekly
