A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to enable effective adoption of Human Capital Management systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging learning content, including eLearning modules and job aids
Review HCM release notes to create learner-friendly content and design simulations for end-users
Collaborate with various teams to align learning objectives with project goals and evaluate training effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related field (Master's preferred)
3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training development
Experience with HCM platforms and technology change enablement
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG / 508 compliance)
Proficiency in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate
