We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a multifaceted role that blends accounting, operations, and team support. In this position, you’ll handle core accounting responsibilities including processing payables, managing receivables, reconciling project transactions, and ensuring that contracts and required documentation are in place. You’ll also support weekly payroll processing, complete certified payroll reports, and handle intercompany reconciliations. Beyond the numbers, you’ll play a vital role in onboarding new employees and maintaining an organized, efficient office environment.
