Local Contract MRI Technologist - $45-46 per hour

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions Regional is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Wichita, Kansas. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : MRI Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, evenings Employment Type : Local Contract Number of Beds - fully staffed 15-16 exams / day Number of Staff – 3 techs currentl Type of staff : 7a-3p tech. M-F Mid shift 1030a-7p M-F Looking for the 3p-11p position to be filled. M-F Patient Ratios – exams heavily outpatient with 3-4 inpatient exams daily and a few ED exams / wkly Type of equipment – GE 450 wide bore scanner EMR – Meditech and FUJI PACS Typical Procedures : Routine extremities / Brain / Spine with and without contrast. Some abdominal studies / MRI prostates We do NOT do sedated patients / Do NOT do anesthesia cases / Do NOT do CARDIC cases We transport our own patients to and from the unit Must Haves : - A recent 12 months of MRI Tech RN experience in an acute hospital setting - ARRT (MR) License - BLS Certification Preferred or Nice to Have : - MediTech Experience - Travel Experience
