Shift : 8-Hour Days (8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM, Monday–Friday)

HumanEdge Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a travel assignment at a 349-bed acute care teaching hospital and Level 2 trauma center in Poughkeepsie, New York . This role is ideal for a clinically skilled dietitian passionate about improving patient outcomes through nutrition therapy.

Position Overview :

Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments

Perform nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition

Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans

Calculate nutritional requirements and evaluate enteral / parenteral nutrition

Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Support wound healing, chronic disease management, and malnutrition prevention

Occasional floating to other units for PTO coverage

Cerner EMR environment

Requirements : Required :

Credentialed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or Registered Dietitian (RD)

Preferred :

Prior clinical nutrition experience

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Acute care hospital experience
