Commercial HVAC Mechanic

Piper Companies is looking for a  HVAC Mechanic  to join an Air Conditioning contracting company with locations throughout the east coast. This is a direct hire role based out of Savannah, GA .

Essential Duties of the HVAC Mechanic :

• Working knowledge of all mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair and maintain complex mechanical air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment
• Ability to work on the following equipment brands : Trane, Carrier, York, and Daikin Centrifugal, Reciprocating, Screw and Scroll Chillers
• Ability to retrofit systems with support of others. Have a basic understanding of sheet metal and piping concepts
• Have working knowledge of schematic reading
