Position – Lead Machine Technician
Job Location – Hartland, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (7 : 00am to 3 : 00pm) or 2nd Shift(2 : 30pm to10 : 30pm)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience, $30 to $34 an hour

Required Education – Associate Degree in Automation Systems Technology, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Maintenance
Required Experience – 3–5 years of experience operating, maintaining, and optimizing automated or mechanized production equipment
Job Summary
As a Lead Machine Technician , you’ll take ownership of all production machinery and perform a wide variety of electro-mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on automated and semi-automated equipment. You’ll collaborate closely with other technicians and operators to ensure consistent, high-quality production and minimize downtime. This position plays a key leadership role in driving efficiency, training team members, and implementing process improvements.
