Job Overview :

We're looking for an account executive to join our small but growing team. The account executive will identify potential customers, build relationships, and negotiate deals.

The sales executive will continue to nurture the relationships after onboarding and will communicate customer feedback to the product team.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in enterprise sales with a track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing high value deals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate a robust customer pipeline of qualified sales leads in the real estate industry
  • Continuously improve the lead generation process using new tools and approaches
  • Leverage existing relationships for warm introductions to potential customers
  • Schedule discovery calls with prospective customers to determine if we are a good fit for their needs
  • Provide live demos for qualified prospects using Google Meet or Zoom
  • Generate price quotes for customers based on the scope of their needs
  • Track all activity in a sales CRM, thoroughly documenting every interaction
  • Follow up with prospects on a regular basis to close deals
  • Occasionally attend trade shows within the continental USA
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quota

Qualifications

  • Genuine interest in finance and / or real estate
  • Excited to become an expert in cash management software
  • Bachelor’s degree from 4 year college or university
  • At least 2 years in customer-facing sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships from cold contacts
  • Attention to detail in documenting sales interactions
  • Energy to conduct 5-10 phone or video calls per day
  • Positive attitude in dealing with demanding customers
