Machine Operator- ST

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS- DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY

Machine Operators needed asap! Seeking individuals who can work in high-speed and fast-paced routine environments while adhering to safety standards.

Must be able to set up and operate chop / band saws, drill presses, plasma machines, as well as shear / break equipment.

Hours : 7am to 4 : 30pm (1ST shift)

Days : Mon-Fri, occasional weekends

Pay : $19ph-$20 per hour

Requirements :

• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Must be able to use measuring devices to produce and check requirements of all materials
• Must be able to work from drawings or verbal instructions to complete tasks
• Must be able to set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain machines
• Stamping / burn machine experience desired
• Must be able to perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops
• Must be able to work in non-climate-controlled work environments
• Must be able to pass a basic tape measure test and use hand tools to complete tasks
• Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
• Must be able to analyze prints and instructions for discrepancies
• Drill Press, Punch Press, Tube Rolling experience, preferred
• Must be team-oriented and able to communicate effectively
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs with or without accommodations.
• Must be knowledgeable and able to analyze SOP’s; travelers; inspection checklists; etc
