ENT with Emphasis in Otology or Laryngology Opening in Fort Collins, CO Denver 65m Setting : Outpatient, Inpatient, Clinic Schedule : 4-day work week (3 clinic days, 1 OR day) Call : 1 : 2 clinic call (low volume, home-based); facial trauma / ER call optional Position Highlights : Full-time, permanent position with a well-established, two-provider ENT practice Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist Preferred subspecialty training in Otology or Laryngology Support team includes 2 audiologists and 1 APP Clinic volume : 20-25 patients / day (40 min new / 20 min follow-up appts) Level III Trauma facility Newly constructed clinic space with procedure rooms and updated equipment Integrated within a large multi-specialty system offering robust referral base EMR : EPIC Requirements : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (within 3 years) Active Colorado license or ability to obtain DEA license (must be obtained before start) Clean malpractice history Subspecialty training in Otology or Laryngology - PREFERRED Must reside within 1 hour of Fort Collins or ability to relocate within 1 hour of Fort Collins Compensation & Benefits : Base Salary Range : $413,000-$459,000 annually Quality and / or productivity bonuses may apply Relocation package available CME allowance Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plan options PTO Paid Holidays Sick Time Malpractice coverage provided Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible Employee Assistance Program & special system-wide employee discounts
