Key Responsibilities

Foster partnerships with cross-functional leaders to drive process improvements and successful strategy rollouts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field

MBA or M.S. graduate degree strongly preferred

15+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic program management

10+ years of direct people management experience with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams

Experience in a matrixed and remote-first organization
