Job Duties and Responsibilities :

• Providing medication reminders
• Assisting with patient's laundry as needed
• Meeting safety needs of patients
• Reporting significant changes in the patient's condition to their direct supervisor
• Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary
• Companion services such as reading and writing letters
• Maintaining documentation and care procedures
• Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols
• Bathing assistance
• Light housekeeping
