Parts Sales Manager

AutoZone's Store Management team drives store performance, fosters a productive team, and ensures exceptional customer service. Under the Store Manager's guidance, MITs lead by example, demonstrating initiative and strong leadership. As a Parts Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales performance, fostering a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional WOW! Customer Service experience. Responsibilities :

  • Leadership Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees, fostering a motivated and engaged team.
  • Communication Maintain clear, effective interactions with both customers and employees, ensuring smooth store operations and positive experiences.
  • Metrics Mindedness Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards to drive business success.
  • Process Orientation Follow structured store procedures, manage inventory, oversee cash handling, control shrink and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Teamwork Work collaboratively with store staff and commercial department leaders to maintain seamless operations and customer service excellence.
  • Parts Sales & Inventory Management Lead efforts to exceed sales targets, optimize inventory levels, and ensure timely returns processing and merchandising.
  • Safety & Compliance Enforce PPE use, promote risk management practices, and uphold company safety standards.
  • Commercial Account Support Assist in managing commercial and hub departments to support timely deliveries and customer needs.
  • Problem Solving Resolve customer concerns and store operational issues swiftly, always upholding company policies.

  • Flexible Schedule : Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

  • Exceptional Communication : Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
  • Automotive Retail : Previous experience in automotive retail.
  • Certifications : Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification.
