Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced semiconductor project manager to join our small but growing team developing innovative and successful timing products. The ideal candidate will marry technical proficiency with business sense, ambition with practicality, and rigor with warmth. The project manager will nurture the product and guide its team from initiation through the production ramp. As part of the program management team, they will also create and implement strategic initiatives to further product development at SiTime.It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.

Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver successful products to market
• Create project schedules, request resources, assess and lower risks, delineate scope
• Collaborate to optimize execution across multiple functional groups and projects
• Monitor project performance relative to plan, identify gaps and implement corrective actions
• Shepherd projects through product development phase-gates and required procedures
• Identify, flag, and collaboratively solve problems that occur during product development
• Communicate clearly with management, stakeholders, and the project team
• Guide and mentor colleagues as needed and appropriate
• Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve the product development program at SiTime
