Job description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce architect with a strong background in configuration and customization. The ideal candidate should possess exemplary debugging skills, effective communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a Salesforce architect, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in sales, service, and CPQ and the ability to work closely with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities :

• Salesforce Design and Customization :

Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on client requirements.

Develop and implement comprehensive integration strategies for connecting Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.

Create and manage API's for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Demonstrate exemplary debugging skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, explain technical solutions, and address concerns.

Create comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including design specifications, technical documentation, and user guides.

Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and requirements.

Possess relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or similar.
