Job Description :

• DCA's CRM Services team is seeking a mid-level Salesforce Administrator with 2 - 5 years Salesforce Administration experience.
• This individual may have additional years of technical experience and have proven ability to analyse, design and optimize processes utilizing the Salesforce platform, increasing user adoption, and driving best practices.
• GA TECH is looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions in support of the CRM Services product Road map.
• Our Salesforce user experience is important to us; therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
• They are looking for someone with a good understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, to quickly identify areas of improvement.
• The Salesforce Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing, and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
• The Salesforce Administrator will be part of a high-performing and collaborative CRM Service team to deliver Salesforce Student Success Hub projects in support of undergraduate advising.
• The position will take direction from to the Applications Developer Manager and report administratively to the Sr. Director of CRM Services team.
