Salesforce Systems Administrator

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate directly with our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services teams to drive operational efficiencies and platform integrations across our Salesforce CRM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Design and implement operational efficiencies across departments using Salesforce.

Deliver platform integrations that enhance business processes and user experience.

Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes related to client support.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather, translate, and simplify business requirements.

Support departmental needs including data hygiene, database maintenance, and reporting.

Participate in the design and rollout of new products and processes, and provide ongoing support post-launch.

Design and Manage Data Quality processes and integrations to Salesforce

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.

Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

Bachelor’s degree required.
