looking for an Expert Solutions Architect to join our Network Solutions team, remotely based in Central or Western US. You will be responsible for the technical lead in the entire sales process, from early business development and solution design to producing and presenting the final technical proposal. As part of this process, customers are guided through the varied choices of technology and solution designs. Hence, our solution architects have broad knowledge of applications and technologies used in broadcast new media, and transport workflows with the confidence and persuasiveness to deliver the information effectively.

Our Solutions Architects are trusted advisors to our customers, while planning and designing their next IP solutions. This customer engagement provides valuable input from the market regarding current- and future requirements and trends. By relaying this information back to product management, the Solution Architect becomes an important link between customer needs and  product development organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and will be focused on results, well organized, detail oriented, with a proven track record for delivering on-time and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $101,007 to $134,675. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and / or from which they will be performing the job.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision), paid medical leave after three months of employment, a 401K plan with matching company contributions, vacation time, education assistance, student loan assistance program, eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually, and up to twelve weeks paid parental leave after six months of employment.
