Overview

This client is an industry-leading company that's driving innovation in food manufacturing and flavor development. As a QA Technical Manager, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, support compliance efforts, and drive continuous improvement across QA systems and processes.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary QA information resource for internal and external clients.
• Support the creation, execution, and maintenance of QA procedures.
• Provide timely QA guidance and solutions to internal and external clients.
• Investigate product quality and food-safety related inquiries.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• Ensure QA practices comply with regulatory, GFSI, and customer requirements.
• Provide QA support for external audits and inspections.
• Oversee maintenance of approved specifications.
• Lead and mentor assigned QA staff.
• Create detailed reports and lead QA discussions.
• Provide training to personnel as needed.
