A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist in Workforce Benefits Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with new and existing customers for a book of business consisting of 100-499 lives
Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly while managing day-to-day service work
Collaborate with internal partners and sales executives to identify business growth opportunities and manage the renewal process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required
Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate contract provisions to customers
Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Mathematics aptitude and ability to make independent decisions
