Product Quality Manager
Join our international company, a leader in its field, as we seek an experienced Quality Manager.
The Quality Manager ensures quality of the final product and the implementation, management, and compliance with the company’s integrated system of standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead the Quality Team, optimizing production efficiency.
- Coordinate resources to identify and address non-conformities.
- Implement and enforce integrated standards and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee quality reports and audits for ISO and food safety standards.
- Manage quality control for new and existing products.
- Maintain calibration of laboratory instruments.
- Oversee incoming materials management.
- Support new product industrialization and process implementation.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience in Quality within manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in measuring techniques, statistical process control, ISO standards
