Landscaping Crew Leader

Job description

• Work under supervisor to oversee the production and guidance of crew members on job sites.
• Oversee landscape installation and maintenance jobs from start to finish.
• Review daily progress and anticipate the needs of the next day with the supervisor.
• Accurately record & submit time and materials for each job site daily.
• Ability to plan ahead when the supervisor is not immediately available.
• Ensure proper use and safe keeping of company resources and equipment.
• Instruct, evaluate, and train crew members to perform landscaping functions and adhere to company policies.
• Maintain a high level of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Full-time, W-2 position.
